I've had to reset modems in the past. Usually it restarts itself and goes through all the blinking light stuff. Not sure if it's different for this modem.

Yeah, make sure whenever you reconnected to anything that the modem gets rebooted but if it’s not coming back, that’s probably the modem now, let it go all the way off for like a good 20 seconds before you plug it back in too

Hi Mimi, I was using the sink and the silver part started spraying a lot of water because the black hose (the faucet handle) hit it and knocked the small white hose off. It looks like it was "held" together with masking tape. Is Carlos able to come by and look at it? We turned the water off to the sink to stop the spraying. Thanks!
