You never tried to contact me to schedule this with the plumbers for tomorrow until I texted you around 4pm today about the notice being posted and the texts from the plumbing company saying they were coming then sending a cancellation text. It was only then after I texted you today around 4pm to ask what was going on that you replied to me. The notice was not even posted within the 24 hour notice/time window you are asking for, it was posted late this afternoon just before I texted you so please call me tomorrow to arrange a time.

Did you not see the texts o sent you above??? They sent the first one saying they were coming tomorrow and then one today cancelling so as far as I am concerned their appointment was cancelled by them the plumbing company today. They have not reached out to me at all since cancelling.

There is no notice window and nothing was ever confirmed just a text from them saying they were coming in the 21st then one after saying they canceled so which is it? Also the notice posted is dated as being posted on Jan 21st when today is only the 20th.

What's going on with this? First I received a text message yesterday from a plumbing company saying that they are coming on Wednesday January 21st to do repairs then today I get a text from them saying it's canceled. Now I see a 24 hour notice was posted today but no messages from you my landlord or property manager telling me what's going on? Can you please update me if you plan on having contractors coming to the house and when exactly.
