It was blue earlier but Wi-Fi was not connected on any device. Worked fine until an hour ago or so. I noticed it was very hot to the touch, tried troubleshooting, unplugging, etc. At one point it made a beeping sound and now it's white instead of blue.

Hi Mimi, it's Vivian at Sunland Ave. Having trouble with the white internet modem. I've been trying to troubleshoot without any luck and the modem is very hot to the touch, definitely hotter than it should be. Any ideas?
