This is a old house and before the wiring didn't came with ground wire,, but now I see they been upgrade the Electrical Panel and there's Ground but only at the Electrical panel. The best way to get it fix will be by running a new line from the main Electrical Panel. Having a dedicated circuit with a new outlet install by the Internet box and this new line will be coming with Ground wire, for a clean power for the data box. The panel is behind the corner wall

Unfortunately there's not main ground at the bottom outlet where they had pull power for the new outlet by the internet box.
