Hi, I just lock at the attic Fan, the motor doesn't work at all, that should be inside install not outside . The whole installation is pretty bad; the conduit is in pretty bad shape because the heat of Vegas that should be Metal Conduit not PVC type.. Also the outlet where they grab the power needs water proof cover.

If you’d prefer, you can wait until Carlos is feeling better and he can replace it for you for $125. Toilet Repairs - Tenant is responsible for Flapper Replacement on toilets. If you are not capable of doing this you can inform us and we will have our plumber come out and do it for you, there will be a charge. Our suggestion is to look on YouTube and buy a universal one on Amazon, it takes about 3 min to do this. Can you check and rule out that it isn’t the flapper?
