I logged in and saw the same thing. I’m not sure what’s going on, but I’ll reach out to them in the morning. If it’s been down this long, it could be a more serious issue.
I know this is not your fault, I don't have anyone else to ask. The internet has been down for over 18 hrs, that I know of...I used the link you sent and it tells me there may be an outage. It then wants a login and password, which I don't have. I called cox and the agent told me the same. Im sorry to bother you , but are there any updates on service restoration?
