Hello! The refrigerator here is leaking. The water used to drop onto the top shelf inside slowly. I have been putting small towels to absorb the dropped water in every other day but I think it's getting worse. I found a small pond on the bottom and leaking a bit to outside of the fridge. As a result, the floor was a little wet which was a bad sign. That's why I'm letting you know today BEFORE anything bad happens. Let me know what you and the owner want to do. Thank you.

just to clarify — we’re not making anything on your internet. The hardware there is top-of-the-line and was provided just to help you connect. The issue is with Cox — they’ve had area-wide problems, not just your house.
We actually offered a T-Mobile hotspot as a backup, and we can also try to get Quantum Fiber installed again, though someone would need to be there for their tech . The equipment itself is solid — the owner’s a former ISP/network engineer — so the problem isn’t the setup, it’s the service.
