Sent payment, when will the other toilet in the master bathroom be repaired and reinstalled? We have been working with you and have been more than patient regarding this since August this time around but have had plumbing issues since the day we moved in. The right thing to do would be to compensate your tenants for the way we have had to live. It just doesn't make any sense, you told me not to pay the rent for this month and to go get an Airbnb but then once they get one toilet somewhat working you think that's acceptable for you to then retract and ask for prorated rent? What if we had booked that Airbnb? It's pretty sad in insulating honestly. We still have a bathroom with a hole in the ground in the master where a toilet was which is disgusting, unsanitary, and not safe.

I understand this situation has been frustrating, but as tenants, the right thing to do is to continue working with us as we address these issues. Having multiple vendors come by for quotes and the temporary mess during repairs are normal parts of resolving maintenance problems.
Since there is a functioning toilet in the home, rent cannot be withheld. The plumbing company has confirmed that the toilets are working, and they will not be sending invoices directly to you.

It seems there was a misunderstanding. When I said we wouldn’t charge rent while you remained in the house, that referred only to the period during the repairs. Now that the work is completed, rent resumes as normal. I’ve prorated the rent for the days affected (October 1–13), so the remaining balance is now due.

No, I said not to pay rent at that time, and that we would determine the amount once the issue was resolved. I wasn’t sure if it would take two or three weeks. You did have a working toilet during that period — the plumbing company confirmed they had two functioning while the work was being done.
I’ve prorated the rent for the days the issue lasted, from October 1st through October 13th.
Are you planning to pay the prorated amount? If it’s not received by the end of the day, I’ll need to send a formal notice.

Couple things to sort out
1. Kitchen sink still getting no flow from main faucet. Sensor does light on side so not sure what problem is. Also when I use the small water faucet to the right side. The water filter below starts to beep and three lights come on and a counter comes up for like a minute but water does flow from that faucet
2 the first drape the one nearest tv does not open. Was considering trying unplugging it above it and plug back in but thought I'd ask if you knew what to try? The other three drapes are working good
3 I looked into finding the tv brackets for back of tv and all I'm seeing is complete bracket kits good news is there only like $20. So if you can find the ones you have be great if not one of those from Amazon probably easy fix
Getting tv hung is not something has to be done asap as long as we do in next week or two I'm good. The first two items I'd like to solve when we can
