Okay let me talk to Nigel and my mama and see what they think. Clearly we don't want to move but this has been quite an ordeal to say the least lol. I'll reach out tomorrow to let you know what we decide. If we move we will need a week or so to try and find a place. Also we need to discuss compensation for the months we have been without toilets.

Option 2: You can move out temporarily for the two-week period, and I’ll credit you those two weeks of rent so you’re not paying for time you can’t use the property.
Option 3: If you’d rather move out permanently, that’s completely fine too — I’ll consider the lease ended and won’t hold you responsible beyond the time you’ve already paid for.
One thing I need to make clear — in order for the plumbers to get this done on time, they’ll need unrestricted access to the property during normal work hours. We’ve had a few scheduling delays in the past, and I want to be sure that once the work starts, they can come and go as needed until it’s finished.

I wanted to give you an update about the plumbing repairs at 113 Woodley. The plumbers have confirmed that the job is going to take about a week and a half, possibly up to two weeks. During that time, there won’t be any working toilets in the property.
Since that makes the place pretty difficult to live in, I want to give you some options so you can decide what works best for you:
Option 1: I can have a porta-potty placed out front, and you can stay in the property while the work is being done.
