Had access today at Cambell. Looks like they are overfilling the pool on purpose with the hose? Not sure why they would do that. The pool has a working autofill. Water is too high and is going into the trough where the mechanism for the cover goes. I removed the water hose and serviced the pool. They had these carabiners on both of the gates. The other gate is still locked. I removed the carabiners so I could get into the backyard. Not sure if they will lock those gates for next week though
