Due to the extensive amount of work that this pool will take to bring back to an acceptable swimming state we unfortunately are not able to offer a discount on the service required. This property in particular has become increasingly difficult over time as you know, between the broken pool cover, the aggressive dogs that I was bitten by, lack of access that is no fault of my own, difficult tenants, huge pot that the tenant knocked into the pool, and then Phil wanted me to "dive down" to remove it. All of that is way beyond the scope of regular pool service. We will need to use an increased amount of chemicals to make sure the pool is properly sanitized and free from organisms that have been in the water due to the pot full of soil falling in and being for left for an extended amount of time. We are sympathetic to the financial cost that the terrible tenants have had on Sin City, however the price reflects the extra work required on our end.
