Hi Mimi. Just went out in the backyard to grill and there is some damage from the winds over the weekend. Hadn't been out back since Friday. 2 panels are gone in the middle of the fence. The brick damage is in the right corner of the fence / yard. That's where NV Energy removed those giant palm trees. Im guessing that they compromised that area when they removed those giant palm trees. Also bunch of palm branches came down from the palm tree that's left.

The Campbell property will have a drain and clean estimate alongside the service estimate. The chlorine wash will need to be done before we can start.

I will send an estimate for what we would charge monthly for all properties. Depending on the state of the pool way may require it be drained and cleaned before continuing the service after the initial visit with our lead technician.
