His dad is a plumber and learned some things from him. He is going to come by tomorrow to fix it. I sent the handyman the same video last night. He got back to me this morning and told me that it was the flapper and water valve. He quoted me 160 labor plus parts to replace those things and that is not even the problem.

Hey Mimi, just got home from the fire station and the water heater is leaking pretty good. Inspected the outside and it looks like its from the inside of the heater, none of the pipe connections or connected pipes are leaking. I have cleaned up all the water and am gonna shut off the water and gas to the unit and drain it to prevent any further leaking and damage to the floor.
