As you may remember, My only hold up was paying my dad back for my car as I just moved back to Vegas from NYC. With my final payment being this Thursday, I wanted to revisit this. If there a way the owners would accept the $1650 deposit on the 23rd of this month, with a move in date of 11/6 and the prorated rent for the money of November? I 110% would love to rent this house. I think I told you that my best friend is at 1036 Sweeney across the street and would love to have that support and safeness in the area. I absolutely love this house and hope it will work out. It’s been on my radar since we viewed it back 5 weeks ago and it’s constantly on my mind. This is a house I would like to rent long term and make a home out of it and re-start my Las Vegas chapter of my life. I really hope you and the owners would be able to work with me. I found this house on Airbnb for two weeks. I just messaged the owner to see if they would be flexible on the price or if we stayed longer they could give us a deal. I told them I would also connect them with you to book/confirm. I'll let you know if and when I hear back but this is the best deal I have found that is comparable to the house we are renting now and in the same general vicinity. I think we just really need to make sure they get the plumbing done asap at our house so we're not having to be displaced for so long. In two weeks they should at least have it to where it's habitable again I would hope. Thanks
