Sure thing, I have a cleaners scheduled this weekend. The lock box code was lost years ago after I moved in, never kept on file as I've requested it previously. I'll leave the keys in the garage - I don't have access to the garage code I do have the two openers I can leave in the garage once I know you have access. I assume the garage installer provided this to the landlord.

Hi Israel, The tenants at Copper Knoll sent me this photo of their backyard. Is trimming included in the regular maintenance? It looks like the yard hasn’t been serviced properly, and many of the plants are dying.

Hi Mimi. I want to bring a few things to your attention. Attached are pictures for reference. Plants in the backyard are getting worse. The yellow elders need support or Trimming. And more of the oleanders bushes are dying. Also there are several random spots in the house where you can tell the flooring is not glued down properly. The boards are slightly bowed and creek when stepped on.
