I wanted to give you an update about the plumbing repairs at 113 Woodley. The plumbers have confirmed that the job is going to take about a week and a half, possibly up to two weeks. During that time, there won’t be any working toilets in the property. Since that makes the place pretty difficult to live in, I want to give you some options so you can decide what works best for you: Option 1: I can have a porta-potty placed out front, and you can stay in the property while the work is being done. Option 2: You can move out temporarily for the two-week period, and I’ll credit you those two weeks of rent so you’re not paying for time you can’t use the property. Option 3: If you’d rather move out permanently, that’s completely fine too — I’ll consider the lease ended and won’t hold you responsible beyond the time you’ve already paid for. One thing I need to make clear — in order for the plumbers to get this done on time, they’ll need unrestricted access to the property during normal work hours. We’ve had a few scheduling delays in the past, and I want to be sure that once the work starts, they can come and go as needed until it’s finished. Let me know which option works best for you so I can get everything set up. Thanks for your understanding — I know this situation isn’t ideal, and I really appreciate your cooperation.
