If one of us slips and falls especially my 76 year old mother you're going to have some serious legal issues. I am calling the water department now as well and letting them know about the leak and that the owner has been made aware several times and nothing is being done about it.

Not having working toilets for over 3 months now is just negligent as a property owner and extremely illegal. Knowing that we have had sewage coming up into the house is a huge biohazard. I have also told you several times now about this other water leak in the kitchen and still nothing has been done or even addressed after sending numerous texts regarding the leak. It is really bad and we are constantly having to put paper towels under the stove to keep the water from flooding the kitchen.
