Okay, thank you, Mimi! I hope you enjoyed your trip, getting out of Vegas for a bit is always refreshing. No problem at all, that works for me. Just to confirm the details: the move-in cost would be $3,200 for the first month plus a $3,200 security deposit, for a total of $6,400. The security deposit would be fully refundable once we move-out as long as there's no damage, correct? Also, could you please let me know the timeframe for returning the security deposit after we move out?

Hi Nando, I’m doing well — I just returned to the country yesterday, so this will be my priority. We do have another interested party at $3,500 who is willing to pay rent plus the security deposit. Applying the security deposit toward the last month’s rent would require a walk-through inspection before the final month begins, which creates additional work on our end and isn’t very practical. For that reason, let’s stick with the traditional structure as outlined in the lease so there’s no need to make edits.

Can you ask 1 cleaner to come vacuum mop and clean kitchen counters and bathroom they only need to vaccuuum the spare bedroooms but mop every other floor. No windows 😂
