Hi Kurtis, just an update — we’ll be returning the deposit by the end of the week. We had our general cleaners try to clean the carpets, but there was too much pet hair, so the professional carpet cleaners are scheduled for tomorrow. We won’t know the final amount until we get their invoice. I’ll keep you posted once everything is finalized.
