    Hi Chris, I wanted to follow up and let you know that if we’re able to find someone to take over the unit before August 31, you would be able to get out of the lease early. To help make that happen, I wanted to ask a couple quick things: • Is the unit currently ready to show? • If I list it now, will there be any limitations on when I can schedule showings? The more flexible we can be with viewings, the better chance we have of finding a replacement sooner. Let me know—thanks!
