Thanks for letting me know! I’m sorry to hear the hot water isn’t working properly. Before I send someone to take a look, could you please answer a couple of quick questions to help us troubleshoot:
About how long has this been happening?
Has anything else changed with the water (like pressure or noise)?
Does this happen every time you use hot water, or just at certain times of day?
Is it affecting all faucets and the shower, or just one?
Once I have this info, I’ll arrange for a plumber to come check it out as soon as possible.

It's not cooling enough. They said the other day it was already set to factory recommendations and to give it a few hours. Which I did
Yesterday everything in the freezer melted I put in wed night,
tried different setting over night as in image and still same see 🌡 this is after 30 minutes in the freezer so otherside is of course worse
