ok! theres two lights per port, Green and Yellow, Yellow means its getting power, Green means its transmitting. If both are on it should work, if only yellow, chances are the wire failed for some reason and sometimes unplugging and replugging it will reset it

Hi we were waiting for replacement cameras to come in just in case those were bad, they should be in later this week. If you want and have the ability, can you get on a chair and take a picture of the switch that the cameras plug into? they are pretty thick white ethernet cables, if I you can try to unplug and then plug them back in. It could be a loose wire. If you can, but if you don't want to thats no problem either :)
