Also, 2 weeks in a row now, the tenant has turned off the pool pump. That pool is huge and they are using it regularly. They have to let it filter the water or it will not stay clear. The pump runs itself off of the schedule that is programmed in it. There is no reason for them to touch the pump at all

Usually we don't drain them when it's this hot to protect the plaster. But the plaster is already bad over there. The plaster was coming off when I went over there to look at it when we began service. So we don't need to worry about that. We shouldn't acid wash it since the plaster is already no good. We will chlorine bath it to kill all of that algae/bacteria. I will also check all of the safety drain covers while it's empty and make sure they don't need replacement. Is there anything else that you want to do? Replace light fixtures with led white or led color change? Or do you want to ask Dale about a replaster?

I put about 135$ just in shock in it last week before the dogs came out. If that didn't clear it up, then yes we will need to drain, acid wash/chlorine bath it to get it cleaned up. They go green really fast in this triple digit heat. This one has only been broken for 2 days and the spa is already green.
