There's nothing strange about asking for a discount to a property that was not visited numerous times. You might want to revise your responses or look them over before sending them out. Try Chatgpt or something, it will work well in your case

I am not sure what response that you expected. Asking for a discount is really strange. I said i was empathetic with your situation and how much of a financial burden that your tenants were. But that financial burden is Sin City's. Not LVPS obviously. No problem at all. Best of luck

You said you are a diver and things aren't as heavy when they are in the water etc. I am sure you remember now. I told you that is not something that we do and that is not something that is expected from normal pool service.
