So nick just left he will be in touch with you I'm sure just wanted to give my update So on the Softner he reset some stuff and needs to clean a couple fittings. He did not have the stuff with him and he said he will come back in a couple days and do that part and replace battery under the original service call fee I explained it had been cycling every morning and he says it should not be so I will see if it does it tomorrow and he asked me to let him know if it does he said should only do every 1200 gallons I asked him about doing an instant hot water box in the closet if we can not get hot water solved with building soon. He said he could do that so maybe get a bid from him on that to consider. I also spoke with Jason from the building and he is planning to do some testing of hot water flow along my floor tomorrow so I'll report back after that on his findings. I also showed nick the clog in kitchen drain. Which is now backing up water each night from somewhere with no drainage at all so it's literally building up. I'll attach a photo. I have not run water or dishwasher since Carlos's efforts made no drainage at all so I do not understand where it's coming from I've checked after using master bath faucet shower and toilet and do not see it happening then. It seems to happen in middle of the night for some reason. Nick said it was out of his tool level to solve kinda like Carlos but said he has a friend that has the skills and tools to do so might be worth checking out This needs a solution asap
