Hey Mimi. I changed the hose a while ago because it was leaking I turned it on and not sure if it's automatic. The pool filler machine I think it is automatic because it only turns on ones in a while.

Hi Carlos, the new pool company says the water level of the pool is a little too high. They say " The pool water is high and should be kept midway up the to the skimmer bay or tile line" I've forgotten if the pool filler hose is automatic or if you turn it on. Do you ever turn it on and off, or is it automatic? if its automatic I will have to tell them we need to have it adjusted for us

I'm moving here from Nashville, my gf is transferring her job. I'm self employed /own a small business, happy to share all my accounts and show incoming deposits or you can call my boss but that's also me! lol I made $160k last year, made $70k thus far this year, and have a 720-750+ credit score, I pay it off every month so it bounces sometimes. My gf makes around $70k has a much lower credit score but I'm happy to apply on my own. We have one dog and one cat, both calm and easy, beyond shedding a bit, they're completely easy on a house and wouldn't be a concern for damage inside. We'd like to stay at least a year and I hope to figure out where to buy in time

Hi Mimi! So we have a faucet in the master bath shower that won't turn off, the fridge is also leaking (fridge is old), and still having plumbing issues with the toilets.
