I’ll speak with the handyman again regarding the roof, but the owner’s position is that they plan to address it at a later date since they don’t believe it’s necessary to repair right now. As for the plants, our landscaper advised that replacing them during the summer heat isn’t ideal, so they will be scheduled for replacement in the next couple of months when conditions are better.
I’ve also informed the landscaping crew about your concern. Would you prefer that they ring the doorbell before entering the backyard so you have time to bring your dog inside? Thank you for letting me know.

could you please have your landscapers blow out our Texas sage and front lawn while they’re doing your yard? A lot of debris ends up in our bed and yard when they’re blowing, and this would save me from having to go back and clean it up (which just ends up back in your yard). I’d really appreciate it!
