Good morning Jon! I hope you and your family are doing well. Yes, we will be renewing the lease. I do want to let you know that there were some Cox overages from last year that I had missed. I’ll be creating an invoice in TenantCloud and will attach the supporting bills so everything is transparent. I also wanted to mention the option of getting fiber at the house — it’s $50/month. Someone would need to be home during the installation and service setup. Let me know if that’s something you’d like me to arrange.

The guy for the dishwasher just called saying he was at the gate but we were never told the time slot of when he was coming. So no one was home. He's supposed to order parts and get back with us next week. It's now been 20 days with no dishwasher.
