The Toilet the pipe works only that this problem in a few more years will become bigger

My mom said the water is now going into the hallway so we need to get someone out today please. I don't want her to slip and fall or something, she's almost 80. She can't turn the water off either because that is the only working toilet because the one in the master still isn't fixed either. The plumbing is a nightmare right now lol.
