He took care of the one that broke in the kitchen not the front door. I'm normally fine with the fee I get it it's in the lease but according to the law they shouldn't have been charged if something hasn't been fixed within 48 hours the money isn't the issue it's more that because it wasn't fixed it and because of that it legally shouldn't have been sent by tenant protections in the Nevada code I outlined in my follow up message. The written law should always supersede a lease and that's literally how it's written and what's stated on the legal aide website as well. it shows it was seen the day it was sent much the same as the one you're responding to now and as it's not been an issue in the past and is how it was presented as an app to handle all of those things not seeing it really is not an excuse. I got a new phone and lost your number and have had no issues with the website in the past. I can do Saturday as I work tomorrow.

Hi Nick, I was on the TenantCloud site and saw a maintenance request. Please don’t submit maintenance requests on TenantCloud moving forward, as sometimes they don’t get seen. It’s better to text pictures of any property issues to this number.
I thought Carlos had fixed the door frame, did he not take care of that when he was there?
Also, I’ve sent notices because rent hasn’t been paid on time for the past two months. Per policy, I have to send a notice on the 6th. As stated in the lease agreement, if we send you a notice, you’re responsible for the fee. That fee is just the collection fee.
I can have Carlos come tomorrow or Saturday to fix the door. Does either day work for you? If not, let me know a day and time that works, and I’ll let him know ASAP.
