When will the toilet in the master and the shower be fixed correctly? This is crazy that we have been dealing with this for weeks now and the toilet for over a year lol. He is not a plumber, can you please send someone who knows what they are doing. The shower is still leaking water, it's not hot, the faucet in there just keeps turning around, it's old.

I've had to reset modems in the past. Usually it restarts itself and goes through all the blinking light stuff. Not sure if it's different for this modem.
