Well they just left. You probably already know this I just wanted to report in. They did not solve anything today but they checked out all the issues and said they were going to get you an estimate and could be back fri with you and the owners approval. Sounds like the hot water issue is a problem on the entire floor but he did think it would be possible at a minimum to get hot water at the kitchen sink with a instant hot box and he is including that in the estimate. I really need hot water there at least. I need to be able to wash hands and pots and pans please. He said it would require an electrician to do the power hook up on it but it can't be to big a deal there already power there for the water filter. I will make myself available for who ever is required to get a solution working. Thank you for helping get things fixed
