This is a old house and before the wiring didn't came with ground wire,, but now I see they been upgrade the Electrical Panel and there's Ground but only at the Electrical panel.
The best way to get it fix will be by running a new line from the main Electrical Panel.
Having a dedicated circuit with a new outlet install by the Internet box and this new line will be coming with Ground wire, for a clean power for the data box.
The panel is behind the corner wall
