Hi Frankie, Carlos has been sick and hasn’t been able to come by. I just wanted to remind you that toilet flaps fall under your responsibility as a tenant. If you’d prefer, you can wait until Carlos is feeling better and he can replace it for you for $125.
Toilet Repairs - Tenant is responsible for Flapper Replacement on toilets. If you are not capable of doing this you can inform us and we will have our plumber come out and do it for you, there will be a charge. Our suggestion is to look on YouTube and buy a universal one on Amazon, it takes about 3 min to do this.
Can you check and rule out that it isn’t the flapper?
