Hi Jeff! I spoke with the owner, and he’s not interested in purchasing or configuring the surround sound equipment. That said, you’re welcome to use the system and set it up yourself if you’d like.
He’s also requesting that you use our cleaners every two months to help keep the place tidy (it does get dusty), and that our maintenance guy stop by every 2–3 months to replace the filters and make sure everything is running smoothly. We did the same with the previous tenants as well.
I’ve sent the lease over for your review, you can disregard the landscaping section. Please let me know if you have any questions! 😊
