All set. I'll work on utilities on th from dc and look at the renters insurance again How much are your cleaners? To be honest I'm not super impressed with them so far. Let's see how they do on there next try. To be honest I'm a cleaner and like to keep it clean so I may prefer to do myself but we can discuss and if I do myself you or the maintenance guy can see if he has any issues with how clean I keep it when he swaps filters. On the renter’s insurance, it’s really for your protection. It covers your belongings in case of theft, fire, or water damage, and also provides liability coverage if something happens in the unit. We can’t predict the future, so it’s better to be safe than sorry.
