I don't want you to think the guy that just came recently broke this dishwasher. He fixed the problem. He said that the original bracket was broken and he could not fix it so I think it was the original person who put this new dishwasher in, did not put it in correctly.

To share a bit more context — the first plumbing company did recommend hydro-jetting the line and then running a camera to inspect it. After speaking with the referred company, they’ve indicated that this may indeed be the appropriate next step as well.
Because this involves the main line, we do need to notify and coordinate with the building before moving forward. Once that coordination is complete, we’ll have clearer direction on timing and scope of work. I’ll keep you updated as soon as we have confirmation and next steps.

Hi Jeff, I understand your frustration and I appreciate you explaining everything in detail. Thank you for being patient.
I’m currently in contact with a new plumbing company that was referred to me. The plumbing company and I need to speak with Darla and Jason tomorrow morning. This is a priority, and I’m hoping to have a more concrete plan tomorrow on what work needs to be done and next steps.

Hi Mimi looks like the master shower also needs a tech someone familiar with the digital kohler system in there so out of last 5 days its goes to no pressure like the video I sent 3 times after running for like 1-2 minutes at most. Today when it did it I tried leaving it on while I went and showered in 2nd bath when I came back it still had no pressure and I could here a small noise coming from the Kohler box that's behind the wall panel. My guess is problem is in that cause everything else tub 2nd bath and faucets all have pressure only thing loosing it is master shower. Now in last 5 days I've also tested it twice when it did work for 5-7 minutes and I turned off
I don't mean to be a pain in the ass nonstop. But in a 3k a month one bedroom I feel like the shower should work right I should be able to use my kitchen and I should be able to wash my hands or a pan in truly hot water without a 5-10 minute dance. Im trying to be patient and nice. But have to admit I'm starting to run low on patience
